MetOx welcomed Alison to the HR helm in 2023. In partnership with our leadership team Alison crafts and implements strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent as we fulfill our purpose to deliver the world’s most advanced and efficient wire to market.
Over her decade-long career in HR, Alison has worked with several large employers including Deloitte, Bridgestone, and Generac Power Systems. In her most recent roles at Generac, Alison was instrumental in integrating acquisitions and scaling cross-functional teams to support a rapidly growing energy technology organization. She also served as the Director of HR Processes and Standards, in which she leveraged her expertise in continuous improvement to re-imagine and reinvent processes, transforming the Human Resources function for global business expansion.
Alison holds her Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI.
